Popular Ontario Bus Amenities Available
The right bus depends entirely on what your group is doing. A 15-to-50-passenger party bus typically comes with color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — ideal for a bachelorette crawl through Downtown Ontario or a birthday night that starts on the ride. A Sprinter limo or Sprinter van is the cleaner pick for executive airport runs from Ontario International Airport, with available leather seating, individual USB charging, and tinted privacy windows.
For larger groups heading to a corporate conference or a stadium event in Los Angeles, a full-size charter bus brings overhead storage, onboard restrooms, reclining seats, power outlets, and undercarriage luggage bays. Compare & Find the Right Party Bus in Ontario
Because you're not limited to one company's available fleet on one particular Saturday. Hendersonpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare vehicle types, passenger capacities, amenity packages, and pricing from providers serving Ontario and the Inland Empire — all in one place, without the runaround.
Think about what the alternative looks like: you call a local bus company, they don't have a 40-passenger bus available on your date, so you call another, then another, and by the time you've described your quinceañera itinerary for the fourth time, half the Saturday inventory is already gone. That's the problem this site exists to solve. One form, one call to 725-377-9980, and you're comparing real options from real providers in seconds — no account required, no obligation, no pressure.
Help is available every day of the year to work through vehicle size questions, build a multi-stop itinerary, or confirm what's still available on your date. Getting pricing takes about a minute. The whole process takes less time than one hold-music phone call to a single bus company.
Party Bus & Charter Bus Services Available in Ontario
From airport transfers at ONT to Coachella shuttles, corporate shuttles to wedding convoys, prom nights to winery tours through Temecula — Hendersonpartybuscompany.com helps Ontario groups find the right bus for every occasion. Explore the services below, or call 725-377-9980 to talk through your specific trip right now.

Ontario Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Ontario International Airport (ONT) (2500 E Airport Dr, Ontario, CA 91761) has grown considerably in recent years as LAX overflow traffic shifted east — and for Inland Empire groups flying together, coordinating airport pickups across multiple rideshare apps is a headache that compounds when flights run late. Commercial vehicles at ONT use the designated Ground Transportation Center on the lower level of the terminal area, with buses directed to the commercial curb lanes rather than the standard rideshare pickup queue. Have your group fully assembled and luggage collected before calling for the bus to stage — timing the commercial lane pickup at ONT is straightforward when everyone is already together.
For groups flying into LAX and needing a transfer east to Ontario or the Inland Empire, a charter bus or minibus from the airport runs roughly 45 miles and avoids the chaos of coordinating multiple rideshares from LAX's notoriously fragmented pickup zones. Call 725-377-9980 to get Ontario airport shuttle pricing in about a minute.

Ontario Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Ontario sits at the geographic center of some serious bachelor and bachelorette territory: Las Vegas is about four hours east on I-15, Temecula wine country is an hour south on I-15, and downtown Los Angeles is 35 miles west on the I-10. A party bus handles all three itineraries without anyone drawing straws for the designated driver role. For a Vegas run, a 50-passenger party bus lets the whole group pile in at one Ontario pickup address and arrive at the Strip together — no split Ubers, no one missing the first stop.
For a Temecula wine crawl, a 25-passenger party bus or minibus is a natural fit, hopping between Old Town Temecula tasting rooms and back without parking drama at every stop.
A Ontario bachelor or bachelorette party bus rental makes it easy to build the night around where the group wants to go — not around who's sober enough to drive. Call 725-377-9980 to check availability on your date.

Ontario Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Ontario and the surrounding Inland Empire communities have a thriving quinceañera and Sweet 16 culture, and a party bus arrival is one of the most memorable moments a celebrant can have. A 20-to-40-passenger party bus with LED lighting and premium sound gives the entire court a ride that matches the occasion — and it keeps the whole group together between the venue, the church, and the photo location without anyone getting separated. Popular Ontario-area quinceañera venues include the Ontario Airport Hotel and Conference Center and banquet halls along Archibald Avenue and Euclid Avenue in the northern part of the city.
For adult milestone birthdays, a Sprinter limo or larger party bus works equally well for a night that starts in Ontario and moves toward LA. Check a Ontario birthday party bus rental through the online form or call 725-377-9980 for same-day availability checks.

Ontario Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The biggest concert draw near Ontario is Toyota Arena (4000 E Ontario Center Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764), a venue that seats up to 11,000 and hosts everything from touring arena acts to UFC Fight Nights and Lucha Libre events. Ontario Center Parkway runs directly to the arena, but after a sold-out show, the surface lot exits back to Haven Avenue and Milliken Avenue can stack up fast — especially when Haven catches light cycles from the I-10 on-ramp traffic a quarter mile south. A Ontario concert bus rental drops your group at the arena entrance before the doors open and stages for post-show pickup, so nobody is hunting for a car in a dark lot at midnight.
For stadium-level concerts at Crypto.com Arena or SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, a charter bus on the I-10 West makes far more sense than parking $40–$60 in downtown LA. Call 725-377-9980 to compare options for your show date.

Ontario Corporate Event Transportation
The Ontario Convention Center (2000 E Convention Center Way, Ontario, CA 91764) sits adjacent to the Ontario Town Square and draws large conferences and trade shows year-round, with the largest events pulling hotel blocks across multiple Inland Empire properties. When your attendees are scattered between the Marriott on Milliken and the DoubleTree near the airport, a minibus shuttle circuit keeps everyone on the same arrival schedule instead of staggering into the opening session across 25 individual rideshares. A corporate event charter bus in Ontario also handles team-building runs east to the San Bernardino Mountains or west to Los Angeles — with overhead storage and power outlets so no one loses a working hour on the road.
For multi-day conference logistics, Hendersonpartybuscompany.com can help you compare multi-bus fleet options, not just single vehicles. Call 725-377-9980 to talk through your convention shuttle plan.

Ontario Private Event Transportation Services
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio (about 75 miles southeast on I-10) draws enormous crowds from the Inland Empire, and Friday-through-Sunday traffic on I-10 East during festival weekends turns what is normally a 75-minute drive into a two-hour grind, with Indio surface streets gridlocked for miles around the Empire Polo Club. A charter bus handles the whole group in one run and drops the group as close to the main entrance as venue traffic allows — far easier than coordinating a five-car caravan with staggered arrival times and scattered parking across the polo grounds lots.
For family reunions, church group outings, or neighborhood block party shuttles running between Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario venues, a private event bus rental in Ontario handles the logistics while everyone focuses on the event itself. Call 725-377-9980 to get started.

Ontario Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Inland Empire runs from late April through May, and Ontario-area high schools — including Colony High School, Ontario High School, Chaffey High School in nearby Upland, and several others across the Chaffey Joint Union district — all schedule within the same narrow window. That means the available Saturday-night party bus inventory in the 909 area code gets thin fast. For prom: book by January or expect to find limited availability and higher rates by March.
A prom party bus rental in Ontario that seats 20 to 40 passengers lets the group arrive together, skip the parking lottery at the venue, and get home safely without anyone's parents playing shuttle coordinator until 2am.
Homecoming runs earlier in the fall — typically October — and books up faster than most families expect. Call 725-377-9980 the moment your date is confirmed.

Ontario School Event & Field Trip Transportation
The Inland Empire is rich with field trip destinations within an easy bus ride of Ontario: the Ontario Museum of History & Art, the California Citrus State Historic Park in Riverside (about 20 miles east), and the San Bernardino National Forest recreation areas are all popular school group runs. A full-size charter bus on these routes carries the entire class in one vehicle with overhead storage for backpacks, onboard restrooms that eliminate unnecessary roadside stops, and climate control for the stretch of summer-heat field trips.
For student-athletes at Chaffey College or nearby Cal Poly Pomona making team travel runs to regional competitions, a minibus or charter bus keeps the roster together and on schedule. ADA-accessible vehicles are available — mention it when you request your quote. A school event bus rental in Ontario starts with one quick call to 725-377-9980.

Ontario Sporting Event Transportation
Toyota Arena (4000 E Ontario Center Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764) is home to the Ontario Reign, the AHL affiliate of the LA Kings, as well as the Ontario Fury and a packed calendar of combat sports events. The arena's surface parking is free but finite, and after a sold-out Friday night Reign game the Haven Avenue exit backs up significantly. A group arriving by bus gets dropped at the main entrance rather than walking in from the back of a full lot — and post-game, the bus stages for a clean exit while everyone else waits in the parking queue.
For fans heading west to Crypto.com Arena for LA Kings or Lakers games, or to SoFi Stadium for Rams and Chargers games, an Ontario sporting event party bus on the I-10 West is the move — no downtown LA parking costs, no rideshare surge at midnight. Call 725-377-9980 to price out your game-day run.

Ontario Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Ontario's wedding venue landscape ranges from vineyard settings in nearby Rancho Cucamonga — including the renowned Galleano Winery and several Cucamonga Valley tasting room venues — to hotel ballrooms at the Ontario Airport Hotel and the Doubletree near the Convention Center. When your ceremony is in one city and the reception is in another, a minibus shuttle circuit keeps the wedding party and out-of-town guests moving between locations without anyone getting lost on the 210 or parking in the wrong lot.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo makes a natural bridal party vehicle on the day of the wedding, while a larger wedding shuttle bus in Ontario handles hotel-block-to-venue runs for 30 or 40 guests at a time. Book as early as possible — spring and fall Saturdays fill out months ahead in the Inland Empire market. Call 725-377-9980 to confirm availability on your date.

Ontario Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Cucamonga Valley American Viticultural Area — one of California's oldest wine regions — sits almost entirely within a 15-minute drive of Ontario. Galleano Winery (4231 Wineville Rd, Mira Loma, CA 91752) is the area's most storied producer, with estate-grown wines and a tasting room that draws large group bookings regularly. Closer in, the San Antonio Winery's Rancho Cucamonga tasting room and several small-production tasting rooms along Foothill Boulevard round out a solid half-day itinerary without ever getting on a freeway.
For pub crawls, Downtown Ontario along Euclid Avenue and the developing Ontario Town Square area offer a walkable bar circuit that is dramatically easier with a bus staging nearby between stops than with individual cars scattered across three different lots.
A winery tour bus rental in Ontario means no one is calculating who can still drive at the third stop. Call 725-377-9980 to get pricing for your group.

How much does a party bus cost in Ontario, California?
Ontario party bus rentals typically run between $250 and $375 per hour on a weekend for a mid-size party bus, and charter buses generally fall between $200 and $350 per hour. Day rates for a 25-passenger party bus run roughly $1,850 to $2,900. These are example planning ranges — your actual rate will depend on the specific vehicle, your date, and your trip length.
For pricing on your exact itinerary, call 725-377-9980 or use the online form for a quote in about a minute. See the Ontario party bus prices page for the full breakdown by vehicle type.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Ontario?
For most events, two to four weeks is a workable lead time — but peak dates go faster than that. Prom weekends in late April and May, Coachella Festival weekends in April, and New Year's Eve are the three highest-demand windows in the Inland Empire market. For prom specifically, available Saturday inventory in the 909 area code is largely committed by February.
For Coachella weekends, vehicles that can run the I-10 East corridor book out months ahead. Book as soon as your date and headcount are confirmed — early bookings almost always come in at lower rates than last-minute requests for the same vehicle.
Does Ontario International Airport have a commercial bus pickup zone?
Yes. Ontario International Airport (ONT) designates commercial vehicle pickup on the lower level Ground Transportation area, separate from the standard rideshare queue. The key detail: have your entire group assembled with luggage before calling the bus to stage.
Commercial lane timing at ONT is tight, and vehicles can't hold in the pickup lane while passengers are still at baggage claim. Confirm the specific terminal and door with your provider ahead of your arrival date, since ONT's two terminals (Terminal 2 and Terminal 4) are on the same footprint but have separate arrival curbs.
Where does a charter bus park at Toyota Arena in Ontario?
Toyota Arena (4000 E Ontario Center Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764) is surrounded by surface lots off Ontario Center Parkway, with the main venue entrance facing the parking field to the south and west. Commercial bus drop-off typically uses the main entrance driveway on Ontario Center Parkway. Post-event pickup staging is easier when arranged in advance — the surface lots do fill for sold-out events, but a bus can stage on Ontario Center Parkway without paying per-car lot fees.
Check the official Toyota Arena parking and directions page before your event for any lot or road configuration updates.
Can a charter bus make the run from Ontario to Coachella?
Yes, and for festival weekend groups it's one of the most practical uses of a full-size charter bus in the Inland Empire. The route runs east on I-10 to the Coachella Valley, roughly 75 miles and about 75 minutes under normal conditions — but on Coachella Friday afternoon and Sunday night, I-10 East between the 60/10 interchange and the Indio exits runs significantly slower. A charter bus on a coordinated departure time (early morning Friday, or late Thursday night) avoids the worst of it.
Drop-off for the Empire Polo Club follows festival shuttle guidance; Hendersonpartybuscompany.com can help you compare vehicle sizes for your group count. Call 725-377-9980 to check inventory for your festival weekend.
What's the best vehicle size for a wine tour in the Cucamonga Valley?
For most winery tour groups, a 15-to-25-passenger party bus or minibus is the practical sweet spot. The tasting rooms along Wineville Avenue and Foothill Boulevard have parking areas that accommodate smaller commercial vehicles easily, and a minibus's tighter turning radius makes multi-stop itineraries smoother than navigating a full 56-passenger charter bus into a small winery lot. If your group is larger than 25, a charter bus can handle the run to the bigger estate wineries like Galleano with advance notice.
Call 725-377-9980 to talk through your group size and get matched to the right vehicle.
Popular Ontario Party Bus Destinations
Ontario and the surrounding Inland Empire put a wide range of destinations within easy reach of a single bus trip — from arena events and convention centers to vineyard estates and desert festivals. Here are six popular destinations worth knowing before you plan your route.

Toyota Arena
Toyota Arena (4000 E Ontario Center Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764 | (909) 244-5500) is the Inland Empire's primary indoor arena, seating up to 11,000 for concerts and hosting the Ontario Reign (AHL), Ontario Fury (indoor soccer), and a year-round calendar of UFC, pro wrestling, and family show events. The arena sits in the Ontario Mills retail corridor, which means post-event traffic on Haven Avenue and Milliken Avenue competes with mall traffic on busy weekend nights. A charter bus drops your group at the main entrance on Ontario Center Parkway and stages for the pickup so nobody is stuck in the surface lot exit queue.
Review the official Toyota Arena parking page before your visit for current lot assignments and road conditions.

Ontario Convention Center
Ontario Convention Center (2000 E Convention Center Way, Ontario, CA 91764 | (909) 937-3000) connects directly to the Ontario Town Square and sits within a few blocks of the Ontario Airport Marriott and several other major hotel properties. It's the Inland Empire's largest convention facility, handling trade shows, government conferences, and corporate expos that routinely fill hotel rooms across a multi-mile radius. When your group is spread across the Marriott on Milliken, the Doubletree on Archibald, and an overflow block on Convention Center Way, a minibus shuttle circuit is far more reliable than asking 60 attendees to independently navigate the one-way entry roads and limited street parking around the venue.
Call 725-377-9980 to price a conference shuttle for your event dates.

Ontario Mills
Ontario Mills (One Mills Circle, Ontario, CA 91764 | (909) 484-8300) is one of the largest outlet and retail malls in California — roughly 1.4 million square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment anchored by an AMC 30-screen theater and Dave & Buster's. Group shopping trips from San Bernardino, Riverside, or Los Angeles frequently use a charter bus or minibus because mall parking, while massive, still experiences backups on holiday weekends and during major sales events. A bus drops your group at the main mall entrance loop and picks up at the same point, eliminating the post-shopping parking-lot trek with bags.
Ontario Mills also sits immediately adjacent to Toyota Arena, making it a natural first stop on a combined shopping-and-event itinerary.

Galleano Winery
Galleano Winery (4231 Wineville Rd, Mira Loma, CA 91752 | (951) 685-5376) was established in 1927 and is one of the oldest continuously operating family wineries in Southern California. The estate sits in the historic Cucamonga Valley AVA, roughly 10 miles southwest of Downtown Ontario, and produces Italian-varietal wines from vines that date back generations. The tasting room handles group visits with advance reservation, and the property has open parking suitable for small commercial vehicles.
Most Ontario winery tour itineraries anchor at Galleano before hitting smaller tasting rooms along Foothill Boulevard, making it the natural first stop on a clockwise loop through the valley. A minibus or small party bus handles this route smoothly. Check Galleano Winery's official site before your visit for current tasting hours and group booking availability.

Chino Hills State Park
Chino Hills State Park (4721 Sapphire Rd, Chino Hills, CA 91709 | (951) 780-6222) covers over 14,000 acres of rolling chaparral and oak woodland along the Chino Hills, directly south of Ontario. It's a popular destination for school field trips, corporate team-building hikes, and large nature group outings — but the Bane Canyon Road entrance has limited parking that fills quickly on weekend mornings, and the road itself is narrow enough that oversized commercial vehicles require advance coordination with the park. A minibus or smaller charter bus is the right fit for this destination — the park's official California State Parks page covers current access rules and any seasonal road restrictions worth confirming before your trip.

Pomona Fairplex
Pomona Fairplex (1101 W McKinley Ave, Pomona, CA 91768 | (909) 623-3111) is a 543-acre fairground complex about 12 miles west of Ontario on the I-10, home to the LA County Fair (held every August and September), the NHRA Auto Club Finals at Auto Club Raceway, and a year-round calendar of swap meets, trade shows, and concerts. The LA County Fair alone draws over a million visitors across its run — and on peak Saturday afternoons, McKinley Avenue and the Fairplex Drive approach back up considerably from the freeway interchange. Charter buses use the commercial vehicle gate on the north side of the property; confirm the current gate assignment with the official Fairplex parking and transportation page before your event.
For the NHRA Finals in November, book your Ontario charter bus well ahead — it's one of the biggest single-weekend events in the Inland Empire calendar.
